Q: What is included in my Holiday membership?

A: Your first order will include an annual Calendar along with the t-shirt corresponding to that Holiday, an activity card which goes along with your calendar, a small jar of paint to use for the activity, and two tradition ideas that you can start as a family. All your other Holiday shipments will include the t-shirt, activity, paint and tradition. The calendar is a one time shipment unless you subscribe again 12 months later.

Q: Do I get to choose the Holiday design?

A: We produce one new design per Holiday for each calendar year. We are looking to change this in the near future, but for the time being we will surprise you with great designs that are specifically done to be worn year round, not just for the one Holiday. 

Q: If I have more than one child, will they get the same t-shirt.

A: Yes. We may change the color of the shirt for multiple children per household but at this time, the design will be the same.

Q: When do I get charged for my order/membership?

A: The day you sign up for your membership, you will be charged for your first shipment immediately. All additional Holidays will be charged at the time that the items are prepared for shipment, usually one month prior to delivery.

Q: Can I cancel my membership?

A: Yes. Your membership can be cancelled at anytime, however, your cancellation may take effect after one more Holiday ships depending on the Holiday's you've chosen and our ship times. To be safe, you should cancel 60 days prior to the next Holiday delivery date.

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?

A: We will only issue a refund if the item you have received is damaged. We quality check each item prior to shipping. If you are unhappy with the product, we can cancel your membership but cannot issue a refund. We recommend checking our size chart to ensure that you order the correct size, otherwise, there may not be enough time prior to the Holiday to make an exchange. Q: When will I be charged

A: All charges take place on the 13th of every month for shipments received by the 15th of the following month.

Q: Can you cancel a Prepaid Subscription

A: We would hate to see you go, but we understand if you need to. Prepaid subscriptions may be cancelled. Cancellations can be made at any time and you will be refunded for the Holidays that have not already been billed.

Q: When can I expect my first shipment

A: We cannot wait for you to sport your festive designs either! We want you to receive your shirts prior to each holiday so you have ample time to wear them before the actual holiday. That said, you should receive your shipment by the 15th of the month prior to the holiday. For example, your February Valentine's Day shirt will arrive by Jan 15th. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to help you stay on top of the exact delivery date.
